This role is created to build BI capability within the business, a hands on role for a person who wants to make an impact, who can make an assessment of current state, identifying the systems in use, and data available, working closely with the business to understand the individual areas requirements, to then define and agree KPI's

Job Description



  • Work closely with the business to define and agree KPI's to report, including documenting the businesses core KPI's, and implement regular review to ensure relevance of KPI's reported

    Design and build the dashboards that enable the business to understand business performance, identify deviations early and make informed decisions. Prioritising high impact quick wins. Roll out to the business providing education to end users that ensures the reports are fully understood

    Undertake analysis of the data, provide clear narrative to management, including making evidence based recommendations

    A key part of the decision making process through the provision of recurring and adhoc reports

The Successful Applicant

You will be a established analyst with a financial appreciation, a commercial outlook with natural problem solving ability and strong interpersonal skills
