Commercial Disputes Solicitor NQ-4

As a Commercial Disputes Solicitor NQ-4 your duties will include:

Working within an existing team of specialist contentious and regulatory lawyers in a market-leading firm in the sports and media sectors; ▪ Advising clubs, players, athletes and agents in disputes before a variety of sporting dispute resolution forums, including FA Rule K arbitrations, FA Regulatory Commissions, Premier League and EFL arbitrations / investigations, UEFA disciplinary bodies, the FIFA Football Tribunal and the Court of Arbitration for Sport; ▪ Advising on High Court and other commercial litigation, including media and social media disputes; ▪ Advising on regulatory and disciplinary investigations including 'on and off' field misconduct, anti-doping cases and other integrity related issues; ▪ Actively participating in business development, driving new firm initiatives and helping to grow and shape the firm's disputes work with the existing team. ▪ Opportunity to build on your skills through a rare opportunity to have a day to day involvement in a sought after sector.
