Job Description

  • Prepare, analyse and present financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts and financial planning processes effectively.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control.
  • Provide insights into financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage financial risks to support business goals.
  • Support key stakeholders with financial guidance and recommendations.
  • Oversee financial controls and implement best practices to ensure efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

  • Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting processes.
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
