Job Description

The Commercial Partner will be:

  • Developing a successful commercial law team.
  • Advising clients on a broad range of commercial agreements, strategic projects and business-critical matters.
  • Driving business development initiatives and strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Supporting the growth strategy of the wider practice and contributing to leadership decisions.
  • Mentoring and developing junior lawyers while enhancing the team's market presence.



The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Partner should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with c8+ years' PQE in commercial law.
  • Experienced in leading complex commercial matters for a varied client base.
  • Proven in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Commercially minded with a track record of business development and revenue generation.
  • An effective leader with experience managing and developing legal teams.
  • Ambitious, collaborative and keen to play a strategic role within a growing practice.
