The role offers high-quality work and strong career progression prospects.Key responsibilities include:Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, licences, and associated agreements.Advising on the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions.Development and investment transactions.Secured lending and refinancing matters.Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.Exposure to healthcare property matters, including work for GP practices, dental surgeries, pharmacies, medical centres, and other healthcare providers.The Successful ApplicantTo be considered, you will have:Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.A minimum of 3-4 years' PQE within commercial property.Experience managing a broad range of commercial property transactions with minimal supervision.Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.Some exposure to residential conveyancing transactions.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines.Outstanding client relationship and client care skills.A proactive, collaborative, and team-focused approach.What's on OfferCompetitive salary between £70,000 and £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.Comprehensive healthcare benefits.Company pension scheme.Permanent position within the professional services industry.If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
