Job Description

  • Plan and deliver marketing activity that supports organisational priorities and keeps campaigns on track.
  • Create clear marketing plans, setting out activity, timings and expected outcomes.
  • Coordinate campaign delivery across relevant channels to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Develop marketing content that communicates key information in a clear and accessible way.
  • Review campaign performance and use findings to inform future marketing activity.
  • Manage marketing schedules and priorities to support an organised workflow.
  • Work with colleagues across the Marketing & Agency department to deliver joined-up activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activity, plans and campaign results.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Marketing Lead' should have:

  • Experience of planning and delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to create clear marketing plans and manage campaign schedules.
  • Experience of developing marketing content for different channels.
  • Ability to review marketing activity and use campaign results to guide future work.
  • Experience of coordinating marketing activity across teams or stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage several marketing priorities.
