Company Secretarial Assistant

London

12 month FTC

Role:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records and registers.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of board meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence UK Corporate Governance Code and Companies Act 2006
  • Support in drafting and reviewing governance-related documentation.
  • Support with a broad range of transactional activities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across a range of industries

Essential

  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in preparing documentation.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance principles and statutory compliance.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Strong working knowledge of the UK Corporate Governance Code and Companies Act 2006
  • The ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
