Job Description

The Construction Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;

  • Getting involved in either contentious or non contentious construction law
  • Drafting and reviewing construction contracts and related documentation.
  • Managing and resolving construction disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
  • Working with clients including contractors, developers and employers
  • Advising clients with risk management in construction projects.
  • Assisting in business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Construction Solicitor should have / be;

  • A Solicitor between 0-3 years PQE
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in construction law.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ties to Leeds
  • Strong academics
