The company operates on a global scale and offers a professional and structured environment, making it an excellent place to utilise your legal expertise.Job DescriptionThe Construction Solicitor position will involve the following tasks:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction, fully familiar with the NEC suite of contracts, and procurement contractsAbility to manage planning permissions, building approvals, and other regulatory licences.Experience with real estate due diligence and documentation.Strong capability in contract claims management and cross jurisdiction dispute handling.Advisory on corporate governance, regulatory matters, and project related legal risks.Knowledge of health & safety, insurance, liability, and environmental obligations for construction projects.Strong documentation and record keeping for audits and compliance reviews.Providing advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general corporate matters.Advising on health & safety, insurance, liability, and environmental issues tied to construction projects.Ensuring proper documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviewsThe Successful ApplicantA successful Construction Solicitor should have:A strong academic background in law, with a specialisation in construction or related fields.Excellent knowledge and experience of NEC contractsExcellent drafting and negotiation skills.Comprehensive knowledge of construction law and regulatory requirements.The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.What's on OfferThis is an Interim role for an initial period of 3 months, but with the opportunity to be extended beyond this.
