Job Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be supporting existing customers with a range of queries regarding their financial products and services ensuring excellent guidance and assistance.

The role will be mainly phone based and responding to customers through email alongside webchat platforms.

The Successful Applicant

Previous customer service/contact centre experience

Able to work in a fast paced client focused environment

An excellent telephone manner with good communication skills

Excellent organisation and a keen eye for detail

A good team player
