Job Description

  • Oversee the administration and management of facilities management contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and organisational policies.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor performance and address any issues related to contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts.
  • Support internal teams with contract-related queries and processes.
  • Contribute to cost management and efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to within all contracts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Contract Officer should have:

  • Experience in facilities management or contract administration within Water Safety teams
  • Experience dealing with Legionella
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A good understanding of compliance and health and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
