Job Description

The Conveyancing Solicitor will be:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Advising clients on property sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of title, and related matters.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the transaction process.
  • Liaising with lenders, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of matters.
  • Supporting the continued growth and success of the conveyancing department.



The Successful Applicant

The Conveyancing Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with ideally 2 to 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • Experienced in managing a conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Confident handling property transactions from inception through to completion.
  • Client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Keen to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
