This Copywriter role sits within the Brand team and is responsible for creating compelling, customer-focused content across marketing campaigns, website content, CRM, social media, product launches, and performance marketing activities. The successful candidate will combine strong writing skills with commercial awareness and a confident use of AI tools to deliver engaging content that drives customer engagement and business results.

Job Description

  • Write engaging copy for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Develop website, e-commerce, landing page, and product content that supports conversion.
  • Create CRM communications, including email, SMS, customer journeys, and loyalty campaigns.
  • Produce content for paid social, display advertising, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop editorial content including blogs, buying guides, and educational articles.
  • Use AI tools to support research, ideation, content creation, and optimisation while ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with brand, growth, and performance marketing teams to test and refine messaging.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Copywriter should have:

  • Experience in copywriting, content, or marketing roles.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Experience creating content across web, email, and social channels.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support content development.
  • Able to evaluate and improve AI-generated content using strong editorial judgement.
  • Experience within consumer, retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRM communications, and performance marketing is beneficial.
