Job Description

The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic advisory team focused primarily on lead advisory mandates. The role offers significant exposure to the full deal lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on managing transactions rather than executing detailed due diligence, which is outsourced to specialist providers.You will play a key role in supporting and delivering M&A transactions, working closely with senior stakeholders and clients.Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
  • Preparing high-quality marketing materials, including Information Memoranda and presentations
  • Conducting financial analysis, valuation work, and modelling
  • Assisting in managing deal processes from origination through to completion
  • Coordinating with external providers on financial and commercial due diligence
  • Liaising with clients, investors, and other professional advisers
  • Undertaking market research and identifying potential buyers or targets



The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Finance Executive should have:

  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or nearing completion
  • Experience in corporate finance, transaction services, or deal advisory
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercially minded with a keen interest in M&A
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
