Job Description

The Paralegal will support partners, associates, and trainees within the Corporate team on live transactions. Responsibilities include coordinating conditions precedent and KYC documentation, preparing and maintaining closing checklists, managing signature packs, completing Companies House filings, assisting with incorporations, and maintaining transaction bibles. The role also involves liaising with clients, banks, and local counsel, supporting data room management, and contributing to know-how and business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a graduate with exposure to corporate, transactional, or deal execution work within a law firm or similar environment. You will be highly organised, numerate, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting. A proactive attitude and interest in corporate transactions are essential.
