Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:* Advising clients on M&A transactions and corporate restructuring

* Working on large, complex corporate deals across multiple sectors

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

* Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams across the business

* Providing commercially focused legal advice to a varied client base

* Mentoring junior team members where appropriate

The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Solicitor should be:* A solicitor with around 6 to 10 years PQE in corporate law

* Experienced in M&A and corporate transactional work

* Skilled in managing complex deals and client relationships

* Commercially minded with strong technical expertise

* Ties to Leeds
