Job Description

  • A successful Corporate Tax Advisor should have:
  • Provide expert advice on corporate tax matters, ensuring compliance with current legislation and regulations.
  • Prepare and review corporate tax returns and supporting calculations.
  • Assist with tax planning strategies to optimise the organisation's tax position.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Support in dealing with tax audits and liaising with external tax authorities.
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements in tax reporting and compliance.
  • Provide training and updates to internal stakeholders on tax-related matters as necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Tax Advisor should have:

  • A strong academic background in accountancy, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications in tax or accountancy, such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
  • Proven experience with corporate tax compliance and advisory work.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working within the industrial and manufacturing sector is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
