Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns.
  • Provide strategic tax advice to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
  • Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to optimise tax efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external advisors and regulatory authorities as required.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on tax-related matters.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
  • Prepare and review tax-related reports for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:

  • CTA, ACA, or ACCA Qualified
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax regulations.
  • Experience managing tax compliance and advisory functions.
  • Proficiency in analysing complex financial data and preparing reports.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving tax-related challenges.
