Job Description

  • Lead and manage corporate tax compliance and reporting processes.
  • Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies in line with global standards.
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations within the life science industry.
  • Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisers to resolve tax issues.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and implement necessary updates.
  • Support audits and liaise with tax authorities as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate tax and transfer pricing principles.
  • Proven expertise within the life science industry or a related sector.
  • Experience in managing tax compliance and reporting processes.
  • Ability to provide strategic tax planning and risk management advice.
