Job Description

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

The Successful Applicant



A successful Customer Service professional should have



  • Previous experience in a customer service advisor role, ideally within public sector or service‑led environments.


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive or complex queries.


  • Confident using IT systems and learning new processes quickly.


  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
