  • Provide accurate information to help customers resolve queries quickly.
  • Record customer contacts and update relevant information to maintain clear service records.
  • Follow up outstanding enquiries to ensure customers receive a timely response.
  • Work with colleagues to share information and support a consistent customer experience.
  • Handle customer concerns in a calm and practical way, seeking an appropriate resolution.
  • Manage daily customer service tasks to help the Customer Service department run smoothly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Customer Service Agent' should have:

  • Experience handling customer enquiries and providing clear information.
  • The ability to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Good attention to detail when recording customer information.
  • The ability to manage several enquiries and follow-ups in an organised way.
  • A practical approach to resolving customer queries.
  • Confidence using standard systems to record and review customer contacts.
