This would be an excellent opportunity to join the business they have some exciting plans coming up and would like someone experienced ideally within construction to come in and help grow the team further.Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for any enquiries coming into the business will be providing quotations taking orders and processing onto the system building excellent relationships and ensuring each customer has an excellent experience. You will be working in a busy high volume environment working closely with other members of the organisation helping grow accounts and seek opportunity for further business development. The role will be involved with re building connections with any lapsed customers and identifying accounts where further growth and value can be added.
