Job Description

  • Handle customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide updates on order progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
  • Support the resolution of any customer complaints or issues efficiently.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with the supply chain team as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports on customer service activities and performance.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the customer service department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Representative should have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order management.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to work.
