The DACH Senior National Account Manager will oversee key accounts within the region, driving sales growth and managing relationships with clients. The role will also have management of an NAE.

Job Description

  • Manage and grow key accounts within the DACH region, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Directly manage an NAE.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and to optimise performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Forecast accurately, track KPIs and prepare regular reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in German.
  • Experience managing national accounts (DACH accounts preferred but not essential. UK considered)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • The ability to analyse data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
