Digital Marketing Lead

Digital Marketing (Overall)

• Support the development and delivery of the digital marketing strategy, managing digital channels, optimisation, performance reporting (KPIs/ROI), cross‑functional projects, and continuous improvement in line with business and brand objectives.

Digital Content

• Manage and optimise digital content across platforms, including CMS management, SEO implementation, copy optimisation, and campaign briefing, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and marketing goals.

Inbound & Paid Media

• Support inbound marketing and paid media activity by working with agencies and internal teams to optimise PPC, media performance, and traffic quality across channels.

Social Media

• Plan, deliver, and manage social media activity across all channels, including campaign execution, content calendars, sentiment monitoring, and performance tracking against KPIs.

Influencer Marketing

• Support the development and execution of influencer partnerships and campaigns to drive engagement and support wider marketing objectives.

Agencies & Other Support

• Maintain effective relationships with agencies and suppliers, providing cross‑team support on ad‑hoc projects to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing plans.
