This role is to work on two of the group's brands, which are focused on psychology and mindfulness.Job DescriptionManaging a Senior Marketing Executive, your role will span strategy, digital marketing, paid campaigns, content and copywriting, to drive brand awareness and sales growth for both B2B and B2C audiences in the UK and US.Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase recognition and advocacy.Grow audiences via social media, email, partnerships, PR, and content campaigns.Plan and execute campaigns that drive subscriptions, sales, and B2B client acquisition.Optimise marketing funnels for both B2C and B2B audiences, for both UK and US markets.Measure campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximise ROI.Manage paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.Oversee SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns.Develop and implement strategies that balance awareness campaigns with direct-response, conversion-focused initiatives.Write or oversee compelling copy for email campaigns, social media, landing pages, paid ads, and B2B outreach.Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, engages target audiences, and drives conversions.Collaborate with the graphic designer to produce integrated, high-quality marketing assets.Manage a Senior Marketing Executive and provide direction to a graphic designer.Mentor team members and provide strategic guidance on campaigns and brand initiatives.The Successful ApplicantA successful Digital Marketing Manager should have:Proven expertise in digital marketing across both strategy and implementation.Understanding of both B2C and B2B marketing.Experienced in paid social campaigns, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and conversion optimization.Strategic thinker with experience building annual marketing plans.Experience managing or mentoring marketing team members.Data-driven and analytical, comfortable measuring and reporting campaign ROI.Hands-on copywriting skills or experience directing copy creation.Experience with ESPs, CRM platforms, and website management.What's on OfferCompetitive salary between £50,000 and £55,000 per annum.Statutory pension scheme.20 days holiday, plus bank holidays, plus company closure between Christmas and New Year.Private medical insurance.Enhanced maternity and paternity leave.Dog-friendly office environment.Hybrid working model with two days per week in the London office.This is a permanent position based in London.
