The core purpose is to bring clarity and direction to an evolving technology landscape, defining a practical IT and digital strategy and roadmap that supports wider transformation objectives.You will lead a capable and established team, ensuring day to day IT services remain stable, resilient, and effective, while driving longer term improvements across systems, data, and ways of working.A key part of the role will be shaping how technology enables frontline services, improving integration across core platforms, and helping the organisation make better use of data to support insight led decision making.Alongside this, you will play a central role in business transformation, working across the organisation to embed new systems, improve processes, and support colleagues through change.
