Director

As UK Director, you will take full responsibility for leading and growing a profitable SME operation of 15 employees. Working closely with the ownership team, you will be responsible for delivering the strategic vision while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day leadership of the business.This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and enjoys balancing strategy with operational execution.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the overall business strategy, driving sustainable revenue and profit growth.
• Key focus on improving operational and supply chain activities.
• Provide leadership and direction to a small, multi-functional team across commercial, operations, finance and product development.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities across existing and new markets.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors and strategic partners.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and overall financial performance.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business.
• Foster a high-performance culture, developing capability and engagement throughout the organisation.
• Work closely with stakeholders on business planning, investment opportunities and long-term growth initiatives.
• Represent the business externally with customers, suppliers, industry partners and other key stakeholders.
