An established City disputes practice is looking to recruit a Civil Litigation Solicitor or employed barrister with approximately 2-5 years' post‑qualification experience to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

The team advises on complex and high‑value litigation and arbitration, including matters with an international and regulatory dimension, and acts for a sophisticated client base on strategically important disputes.

Job Description

  • 2-5 years' PQE gained in a top‑tier or boutique City disputes practice
  • Predominantly civil litigation experience, including high‑value and/or complex commercial matters
  • Strong working knowledge of the CPR, the Commercial Court Guide and the CE‑File system
  • A proven track record of handling complex civil litigation throughout your career to date
  • Experience managing your own caseload for less complex matters, while supporting senior lawyers on larger disputes
  • Ability to supervise junior team members and progress matters with a high degree of autonomy

The Successful Applicant

Experience in:

  • Civil fraud
  • Cross‑border disputes and/or conflict of laws
  • Sanctions, regulatory or white‑collar investigations
  • Acting for high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals
