Job Description

As EA to Managing Director, you will;

  • Provide comprehensive diary management and scheduling for the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact, managing communications and prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Organise and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Support the Managing Director with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects, both business and personally.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EA to Managing Director should have:

  • Previous experience in a senior executive assistant role, ideally within Property, Real Estate or Construction.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
  • Experience within commercial Real Estate is advantageous but not essential.
