Job Description

  • Own day‑to‑day trading for a large‑scale, high‑volume online retail partner with complex commercial mechanics
  • Manage catalogue accuracy, content optimisation, and digital shelf performance across a fast‑moving online environment
  • Deliver pricing, promotional and funding strategies within a highly data‑driven retail model
  • Partner closely with retail media and digital advertising teams to drive traffic, conversion and ROI
  • Analyse granular sales, availability and performance data to identify growth levers and risks
  • Operate within structured account plans, joint business planning cycles, and commercial governance processes
  • Work cross‑functionally with supply chain, finance and marketing to ensure operational readiness and sell‑through
  • Manage performance across multiple European markets with centralised systems and KPIs

The Successful Applicant

The successful commercially driven eCommerce and online sales professional managing complex digital accounts will:

  • Comfortable owning day‑to‑day digital trading performance across content, pricing, promotions, and availability
  • Highly analytical, using performance data and insights to identify opportunities, manage risk, and drive growth
  • Confident working within structured account plans and governance frameworks, balancing speed with commercial discipline
  • Experienced in collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and external partners
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • A strong relationship builder with the confidence to influence internally and externally
  • Results‑focused, resilient, and motivated by delivering measurable commercial outcomes
