They supply high-quality products to customers across the UK and beyond and have a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, they are committed to investing in their people, processes, and technology.Job DescriptionDuties will include:Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimise downtime.Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and regulations.Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required.The Successful ApplicantA successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer should have:A recognised qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.Experience working in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and fault-finding techniques.An understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.What's on Offer4 on 4 off shift pattern. 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am.Hourly rate of £23.13 based on a 42.5 hour work week, totalling £51,117.30 annually.No call-outs required.Bonus scheme of £1200 per year (paid quarterly)If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
