This role is based within the FMCG industry in Goole.

Job Description

Duties will include:

  • Carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to minimise downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections and planned preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve equipment performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Respond promptly to any breakdowns or urgent maintenance needs.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer should have:

· Maintenance Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment

· HNC or equivalent Electrical Engineering

· City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

· H&S/Food safety systems and legislation

· HACCP Level 2

What's on Offer

  • Salary between £45,000 and £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule - working hours between 6am and 9am until 2pm-5pm with a 1 hour paid break
