The company is a large organisation known for its strong presence and commitment to excellence within its sector based in the City of London.Job DescriptionProvide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.Support managers in addressing performance management issues effectively and in compliance with company policies.Ensure HR practices align with current employment legislation and industry standards.Lead initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures.Conduct investigations and manage sensitive employee relations cases with professionalism.Analyse data and trends to proactively address workplace issues and recommend solutions.Provide training and coaching to management on employee relations best practices.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Employee Relations Partner - Vice President will have:Strong knowledge of UK and EMEA employment law and HR policies within the financial services industry.
