They are looking for an Employment NQ/Associate with an interest/experience in investigations work to join the team. The successful candidate will also have exposure to all other areas of employment work across a range of sectors including insurance; education; financial services; transport; energy to name a few.

Job Description

As an Employment NQ/Associate your duties will include:

  • Provide legal advice and support on employment law matters to clients.
  • Working alongside more senior lawyer on complex investigations work
  • Manage a varied caseload of employment cases, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, policies, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in employment tribunals and other legal proceedings.
  • Advise clients on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on changes in employment law.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's success in Manchester.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Employment NQ/Associate should have 0-4 years experience in employment law. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
