Job Description

Managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Advising employer clients on complex workplace and HR issues
Handling Employment Tribunal litigation and advocacy where appropriate
Supporting business development activities and client relationship management
Supervising and mentoring junior team members on projects and matters

The Successful Applicant

A successful Employment Solicitor should have:

A solicitor with ideally 2+ years' PQE in employment law
Experienced in Employment Tribunal litigation and contentious employment matters
Confident advising employer clients on complex HR and workplace issues
Commercially aware with strong drafting and client management skills
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team
Experienced in supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior colleagues
Excellent client management and communication abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
