The business is currently expanding and offers employees the opportunity to join an entrepreneurial environment with strong growth and progression potential.Job DescriptionSite Sourcing & AcquisitionsResearch potential acquisition opportunities and development sites.Review planning history, local market data and demographic trends.Carry out site viability assessments and support investment decision-making.Assist with off-market opportunities and vendor engagement.Analyse local demand and identify areas suitable for future acquisitions.Asset & Estate ManagementSupport the management of a UK-wide portfolio of properties.Assist with tenant liaison and day-to-day estate management activities.Support compliance monitoring and property inspections.Help maintain accurate property records and portfolio data.Business Development SupportAssist with identifying new operators, tenants and property opportunities.Support relationship management with key stakeholders and external partners.Help prepare reports, presentations and management information.Contribute to growth initiatives and strategic projects across the business.Administration & AnalysisProvide administrative support across the team.Maintain databases, property records and reporting systems.Prepare management reports and portfolio updates.Support process improvements and the implementation of new systems and technology.Assist with AI-led research initiatives to improve site sourcing and planning analysis.The Successful ApplicantA successful Estate Management Assistant should have:Experience in property or estate management roles.Strong organisational and administrative skills.Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.Good communication skills for liaising with tenants, contractors, and team members.Ability to be proactive, commercially-minded and eagerness to learn.Proficiency in using relevant software tools for record-keeping and reporting.What's on OfferSalary between £40,000 and £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.Discretionary bonus.Expenses covered as needed for the role.Pension scheme.Health benefits.If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
