Job Description

  • Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes
  • Provide clients with clear, accurate, and practical legal advice tailored to their unique circumstances.
  • Draft legal documents such as court applications, and correspondence.

The Successful Applicant

We're seeking a family solicitor who is:

  • 2-3 years PQE with strong family law experience
  • Experienced in managing their own caseload independently
  • Ambitious and passionate about modern, constructive approaches to family law
  • Experienced in working with high-net-worth clients and/or complex family law matters
  • An advocate of Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR)
  • Resolution member (or willing to become one)
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
  • An excellent communicator with exceptional client care skills
  • Able to supervise and support junior team members
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experienced using case management systems and Microsoft Office
