As a Business Analyst (Finance ) in the public sector, home based, you'll work on key projects within the technology department, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver value. You'll bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, helping the organisation run more effectively.
  • Finance Business Analyst. 3 month Contract . Outside IR35.
  • D365 Experience. November start.

This public sector organisation that is currently undergoing a large D365 transformation.

Job Description

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyse and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Support testing activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks within projects.
  • Ensure compliance with public sector standards and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Analyst should have:

  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Analyst role within the public sector.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and analysis across Finance Division.
  • Must be able to work with stakeholders and represent solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.
  • Knowledge of public sector regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
