Job Description

  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis to stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Support the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner (Care & Support) should have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the Care & Support sector is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and influence decision-making processes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
