Job Description

  • Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial analysis and guidance for business decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to support strategic planning and performance monitoring.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial controls to optimise budgets.
  • Deliver monthly management accounts and variance analysis to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Actively studying a qualification such as (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
  • Proven experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
