Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the organisation.
  • Provide insights into financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the accounting and finance team with monthly reporting processes.
  • Analyse financial data to assist in decision-making and business planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support key business initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted adviser for department heads on financial matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of the life sciences industry or similar sectors is an advantage.
