Job Description

  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets.

  • Monitor financial performance and report on variances.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and financial models.
  • Support funding applications and financial reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on financial matters to key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with financial systems and tools.
  • An ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
