Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and processes.
  • Work with senior management to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
  • Experience working within the accounting and finance department.
  • Proficiency with financial systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • An ability to provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
