Michael Pare are exclusively supporting a brilliant business in the Rugby area in their search for a Finance Business Partner.Our client is an established manufacturing business in Rugby and looking to add a Finance Business Partner to their team on a permanent basis.

About Our Client

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team in a commercially focused finance role. The successful Finance Business Partner will work closely with operational stakeholders to support with influencing business decisions.

The successful Finance Business Partner will have worked in a similar position and be qualified (CIMA / ACCA) or working towards their qualification.

This role would suit someone who is looking to develop their commercial finance and business partnering experience in a manufacturing environment in Rugby.

Job Description

Finance Business Partner:

  • Partnering with operational and commercial teams to provide financial support
  • Produce and present monthly management information
  • Supporting with budgeting and forecasting
  • Provide detailed analysis of financial and operational performance
  • Investigate variances against budget and forecast
  • Developing KPIs and reporting
  • Supporting cost control
  • Provide financial modelling
  • Additional duties to be confirmed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A solid background in accounting and finance, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Be qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) or be working towards an Accounting qualification
  • Experience in a commercial finance role or working in a position which includes Business Partnering.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

What's on Offer
