Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various teams to prepare budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare management reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support business cases with strong financial modelling and analysis.
  • Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide ad hoc financial advice to support business operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Strong experience in accounting or finance, particularly in the property sector.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Confidence in using financial systems and tools for reporting and analysis.
  • CA or ACA qualified
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
