Job Description

  • Prepare financial analysis that helps teams understand business performance and make informed decisions.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to provide clear financial insight for planning and operational activity.
  • Review financial information and highlight key trends, variances and areas requiring attention.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activity with accurate financial data and practical commentary.
  • Produce regular management reporting that gives stakeholders a clear view of financial performance.
  • Translate financial results into straightforward information that non-finance colleagues can use.
  • Help improve reporting processes to make financial information more reliable and easier to access.
  • Contribute to wider Accounting & Finance activities that support sound commercial decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Finance Business Partner' should have:

  • Experience producing financial analysis and management reporting.
  • Ability to support budgeting and forecasting activity.
  • Confidence reviewing financial performance, trends and variances.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to provide clear financial insight.
  • Ability to explain financial information in a straightforward and useful way.
  • Strong reporting skills, with a focus on accuracy and clear presentation.
