This role is responsible for leading all UK financial and back‑office operations, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, and effective oversight of HR, IT, procurement, and office functions. It is a hands‑on leadership position suited to a qualified finance professional who can balance strategic responsibility with day‑to‑day delivery in a growing, internationally connected business.

Job Description

    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, andmulti‑year business planning
    • Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and treasury reporting
    • Own statutory reporting, audits, and tax processes
    • Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to group policies
    • Oversee contracts, procurement, and insurance arrangements
    • Support acquisition evaluation and post‑transaction integration
    • Lead local HR operations and employment compliance
    • Oversee office facilities and IT services
    • Line manage finance and office staff and contribute to senior leadership decision‑making



The Successful Applicant

  • REQUIRED: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA)
  • Proven experience in senior finance roles covering financial control, reporting, and compliance
  • Experience working with an international group and a smaller local operation
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Demonstrated people management
  • Experience with contract management and procurement
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities
  • Bonus: M&A experience (integrating acquired businesses)
  • Bonus: SAP S4/HANA experience
  • Must have right to work in the UK
