Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.

  • Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in financial management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to guide and develop a finance team.
