You will play a critical role in driving performance, supporting decision-making, and ensuring financial discipline across the organization.Your key responsibilities will include:Defining and executing the financial strategy in line with group and regional objectivesLeading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cyclesDelivering accurate and insightful financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)Acting as a trusted advisor to the General Manager, supporting key business decisionsDriving performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitabilityStrengthening internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworksOverseeing treasury, tax, and regulatory complianceBuilding, leading, and developing a high-performing finance teamActing as Deputy to the General Manager on key operational and strategic topicsThe Successful ApplicantYou hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, ideally complemented by a professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or MBA), and bring over 12 years of experience in finance roles within international or industrial environments.You have developed a strong track record as a Finance Business Partner, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute directly to operational and strategic decision-making. You combine solid technical expertise in financial controlling, reporting, and compliance with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to business challenges.You are comfortable operating in complex and fast-evolving environments, where your understanding of both corporate expectations and local business dynamics allows you to drive performance effectively.
